The controller is the Dispatcher.City operator identified in the Impressum. Privacy requests may be sent to hello@dispatcher.city.
The public plugin receives the property-search text that you ask ChatGPT or Codex to send. It uses that text to read the current public Dispatcher.City Berlin map and returns public listing details, source links, snapshot counts, and coverage information. Search text is processed transiently and is not written to the Dispatcher.City product database by this plugin.
Cloudflare and the Dispatcher.City hosting provider may process IP addresses and request metadata in technical and security logs for delivery, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and fault diagnosis. The plugin does not use account cookies, access your Dispatcher.City account, or return private account data.
ChatGPT and Codex are provided by OpenAI under OpenAI's own privacy terms. Listing results may contain links to third-party property sources; those sites process data only when you choose to open them.
Processing needed to answer your request is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; security and reliable operation are based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical logs are retained only as needed for those purposes and provider obligations. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may complain to a supervisory authority.
