Property data comes from public sources and can change or disappear. Counts are exact only within the identified Dispatcher.City snapshot. Coverage may be partial because a source is unavailable, capped, or not currently confirmed. Always verify price, availability, address, and terms with the original source before relying on a listing.
Dispatcher.City is a search and information service, not a broker, landlord, seller, legal adviser, financial adviser, or contracting party to a property transaction. Opening a source link or taking any further action remains your decision.
Do not use the plugin to disrupt the service, bypass technical limits, or unlawfully collect data. The service may be changed, rate-limited, suspended, or discontinued. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
